BUDGETARY IMPACT:
The County matches 100% of all costs related to Title IV-E County Child Welfare Services. However, the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services reimburses the County for part of the expenses when the County handles Title IV-E cases. Actual reimbursement is based on Eligible Population Rate (EPR) in effect for the County during the month in which the expenses are incurred. The reimbursement is then receipted in a General Fund revenue account number (1-1100-331-12-360-001-0-000TDPRS-TITLE IV-E CHILD WELFARE SRV CONTR and 1-1100-331-12-080-001-0-000 TDPRS-TITLE IV-E CO LEGAL SRV CONTRACT).Attachments
