A.  Requesting exemption from competitive procurement requirements pursuant to Texas Local Government Code 262.024 (a)(7)(A) for an item that can be obtained from only one source;

B.  Requesting authority to enter into a Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreement for software application and platform AgendaQuick between Destiny Software, Inc. and Hidalgo County, Texas with annual automatic renewals, unless otherwise terminated by either party per agreement terms.

Cost of $12,500 for years 1-2, $12,700 for years 3-4, and an increase for each subsequent year of a max of 5%, based on the average use of the previous 2 years.
