1. BACKGROUND
This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (ICA) will cover salaries, fringes, and operating expenses for the Drug Court & Alternative Incarceration Program for FY 2022 (Sept. 1, 2021-August 31, 2022). Funding is currently being provided for the remainder of calendar year 2021 (4 months, Sept.-Dec. 2021). The remaining funds from Jan-Aug. 2022 (8 months) will be provided at a later date.
