The Urban County Program is requesting approval to rescind action taken by Commissioners’ Court on June 1, 2021 requesting approval of to purchase park equipment for the City of Mercedes La Flores Park.
BACKGROUND
Once approved the vendor advised our office that in order for warranty to be valid the vendor would need to install the equipment. An expense that was not included in the original quote. Therefore quote becomes invalid. Purchasing procurement will be re-done and an approval to purchase will be presented for Commissioner’s Court for approval.
