BUDGETARY IMPACT:
No fiscal impact at this time. Submission of grant application only; FY 2022 Body Worn Camera Grant program for Const Pct. 1 requires a 25% cash match.A new account no/program no. will be created by the Co. Auditor's Office, once grant is awarded by grantor, accepted by CC, and certified by Co. Auditor.
Pct. 1 Constable Office will be using available forfeiture funds to meet cash match requirement, upon grant award (as per Chief Espinosa).
