Original Contract [C-18-220-09-25] - Construction Materials Testing and Laboratory Services New Hidalgo County Courthouse Project.
Subject to Legal Counsel approval & compliance with 1295 Form.
Project No. 21-0883: Amendment No.4 to [C-18-220-09-25] - To include additional services to the scope of work.
Project No. 21-0884: Amendment No.1 to WA No.4 [C-18-220-09-25] - Task 2 provided on Work Authorization No.4 was not accounted for in the total amount and therefore now needs to be included in order to pay for the invoice.
