 "Subject to compliance with HB 1295, when and if applicable." The Urban County Program is requesting the award of bid and the approval of contract with Clayton Homes for the demolition of existing unit and delivery/set-up of new mobile home in the following: (Pending Legal Review).
(1) Mobile Home unit in the Countywide area in the total contract amount of $96,458.62 to Clayton Homes.

BACKGROUND

The applicant was approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court on June 25, 2021.  Bid was received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, November 30, 2021.
