CAPTION

“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Metro Electric, Inc, the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $148,688.00 utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Year 33 (2020) CDBG-CV Health Facility Funds (Pending Legal Review).

BACKGROUND

The bid opening was held on December 1 2021and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Metro Electric, Inc.  Project consists of the electrical relocation phase for the CDBG-CV Health Facility Project.  Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineer and contractor’s general liability insurance.
