BACKGROUND
This Resolution is required by the Texas General Land Office for the funding authorized for Hidalgo County under GLO Contract No. 22-083-004-D209 and 22-082-005-D200. The Resolutions designate certain authorized bonded signatories for the 2015 and 2016 Floods State Mitigation Competition grants.
