The Urban County Program is requesting approval of the CDBG-CV Health Facility Final Design presented by contracted architect, ERO Architects, for construction bidding process.
BACKGROUND
Plans & Specs along with all UCP front end documents for the bidding process have been complied and are ready for final approval. Bidding process is set to begin on January 8, 2022 and bid opening is scheduled for February 9, 2022.
