3. Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of ________________________ for the provision of Engineering Service for an Urban County Program Year 32 & 34 (2019 & 2021) Edcouch Water & Sewer Improvements project.

Project consists of the upgrading of sewer lines to include but not limited to sewer lines and manholes for adjacent/abutting alleys/streets within the same general vicinity and related appurtenances.  Other expenditures will include professional engineering services, geotechnical and material testing fees, etc.
