A. Discussion, consideration and approval to draw down funds for Demonstration Year 11  UC Advanced Payment in the amount to be determined by HHSC instructions from the  Local Provider Participation Fund (LPPF) with a transfer date of 02-09-2022 and a settlement date of 02-10-2022.
B. Approval of Certification of Revenues as certified by the County Auditor from the LPPF in the amount to be determined by HHSC final instructions.
C. Approval of Appropriation of funds from the LPPF in the amount to be determined by HHSC final instructions.

HHSC is providing notice to IGT for the DY11 Advance UC Payment.
 
Important Note: Per TAC 355.8200, checks submitted to HHSC for the UC Application Fee that are postmarked later than 1/12/22 will be returned and payment will be taken directly from the DY11 Advance Payment. For those that will have the application fee taken from the DY11 Advance Payment, please note that the payment amount showing in Column N of the "UC Advance Calculation" tab will be reduced accordingly.
