“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with RG Enterprises, LLC dba G&G Contractors, the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $483,231.56 utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Years 31, 32, 33 & 34 (2018- 2021) Elsa Parks, Recreational  Facilities

The bid opening was held on February 23, 2022and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was RG Enterprises, LLC dba G&G Contractors.  The project consists of the purchase and installation of a skate park, to include the construction of concrete slabs and required set.  Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineer and contractor’s general liability insurance. Project engineering firm is B2Z Engineering.
