BACKGROUND
Request for Sealed Competitive Proposals were opened on February 23, 2022 at 9:30 at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department. There were four sealed proposals received and all four proposals were ranked by the four ranking committee members. A grid was provided to the project Architects, ERO Architects for review and submittal of recommendation. Recommendation letter is attached along with the Ranking Grid and ranking sheets for review.
