BACKGROUND
AI-81954, CC 8-24-2021, CC Approval of ICA between County & CSCD for FY 2022 (9.1.2021 to 8.31.2022).
The First Amendment to the FY 2022 Interlocal Agreement is necessary to reflect personnel changes (i.e. salary increases) requested by the Adult Probation Department for the Drug Court & AIP Program. As stipulated in section 1.a. of ICA, personnel changes requested require CC approval. Personnel changes to be effective next full pay period, 3-28-2022.
