Requesting approval of the Memorandum of Understanding between Hidalgo County Health & Human Services Department Tuberculosis Program and Judge Mario E. Ramirez Jr. Juvenile Justice Center with signature authority by Hidalgo County Judge Richard Cortez and Chief Administrative Officer, Eduardo Olivarez. The purpose is to cooperate for the exchange of governmental services related to the requirements of the Texas Department of State Health Services Tuberculosis Work Plan.
BACKGROUND
This is the first time that TDSHS has required a formal agreement for the exchange of governmental services as part of the Tuberculosis Work Plan.
