As requested by the Auditor's Office-Grants Division this agenda item is required since the in-kind match/contribution amount was inadvertently excluded from the original appropriation of funds. The in-kind match/contribution amount provided by IMAS is $6,560.00, which is the cost of the space rental for the "Unsinkable, Voices from the Storm" exhibit. The Auditor's Office is in the process of closing this grant, since it has expired. FY 2022 grant period is from 4-1-2022 to 5-31-2022. Grant No. 2022-6645
