1. Discussion, consideration, and approval to enter into an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Hidalgo County, acting by and through, Constable Precinct No. 5 and Tropical Texas Behavioral Health (TTBH) for the fiscal year 2022 (Sept. 1, 2022 to Aug. 31, 2023) in relation to the Justice Involved Individuals (JII) program with authority for County Judge, as authorized official to execute agreement.
2. Authorization to pay overtime reimbursable under the Interlocal Agreement terms and conditions.
3. Approval of certification of revenues, as certified by Co. Auditor, in the amount of $159,645.00 and appropriation of the same.

BACKGROUND
FY 2022 agreement period is from 9-1-2022 to 8-31-2023.
Participating law enforcement agency actual monthly expenses for the Mental Health Officer Program (MHOP) participation shall be reimbursed by TTBH with funds encumbered for this purpose.
TTBH shall reimburse the county one hundred percent (100%) of the salaries, allowances, and fringe benefits approved by TTBH for each officer assigned to the Mental Health Officer Program (MHOP). This agreement is being funded via the Justice Involved Individuals (JII) grant.
Reimbursements for any other operating expenses will require prior approval by TTBH. All requests for reimbursement will be subject to the submission of documentation, such as timesheets, indicating that expenses have been made.
