1. BACKGROUND

DBM is pending receipt of the service agreement with Appriss Insights, LLC (certified vendor with the OAG). The service agreement will be placed in the next available agenda meeting for CC approval.
The purpose of the OAG Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS) grant program is to assist Texas counties in maintaining a statewide system that will provide relevant offender release information to victims of crime, promote public safety, and support the rights of victims of crime. The OAG makes grant funds available for SAVNS services provided to grantees by the certified vendor Appriss Insights, LLC.
