“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295” the Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Rovan Texas, LLC., the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $100,323.81 utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Years 33 (2020) Peñitas Flood Drainage Improvement Funds.
BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on May 25th, 2022 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Rovan Texas, LLC. Attached please find contractor’s letter honoring bid submission after the 60 day minimum. Project consists of flood drainage improvements. Attached is letter of recommendation by the project engineer M. Garcia Engineering, LLC and contractor’s general liability insurance.
