1. Requesting approval to rescind action taken under (AI-86666-Approved by CC on 07/26/22) of Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (ICA) by and between the County of Hidalgo and the City of Edinburg, for the road maintenance and improvements to the Trenton Road project from I-69C (US 281) to FM 907 (Alamo Road) in Precinct 4 and of the Texas Government Code section 791.014 Approval of the ICA.
2. Acceptance and approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (ICA) between the County of Hidalgo and the City of Edinburg, for road improvements to the Trenton Road project from I-69C (US 281) to FM 907 (Alamo Road) in Precinct 4.
3. In accordance with Section 791.014 of the Texas Government Code, requesting approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (ICA) project for road improvements to the Trenton Road project from I-69C (US 281) to FM 907 (Alamo Road) in Precinct 4.
