BACKGROUND
Applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by Hidalgo County Commissioner’s Court on July 26, 2022. Sealed bids were requested, received and opened on August 10, 2022. There was one (1) responsible bid received and reviewed. Recommendation to approve as presented.
