BACKGROUND
The Hidalgo County Urban County Program is requesting authorization to extend the current sub-recipient Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreement with Hidalgo County Community Service Agency (CSA). This extension will allow an additional twelve (12) months until September 30, 2023 to exhaust all available funds. This extension will not change the scope of work.
