Constable Pct.1 & Constable Pct.3 - Texas A & M University-Kingsville (TAMUK) (1285):
1. Approval of Fourth Amendment to Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between County of Hidalgo, Texas acting by and through the Hidalgo County Constable Pct.1 and Constable Pct.3, and Texas A & M University-Kingsville, acting by and through the Texas A & M University-Kingsville Police Department in relation to security services with authority for County Judge, as Authorized Official, to execute agreement. 
2. Authorization and approval to pay overtime reimbursable under the agreement terms and conditions.
3. Approval of certification of revenues, as certified by the County Auditor, in the amount of $30,050.00 and appropriation of same.  

Fourth Amended agreement extends the term one additional year from 9-27-2022 to 9-26-2023 for FY 2022. In addition, this amendment requires TAMUK to reimburse the county for actual costs associated to this agreement on a monthly basis.  The total annual compensation amount for the 4th amended agreement, FY 2022 (9-27-2022 to 9-26-2023) is $30,050.00 and the O/T hours worked will not exceed 50 hrs/month for both Constable Pct. 1 and Constable Pct. 3.
