A. Approval of exemption from competitive bidding requirements under Texas Local Government Code, 262.024 (a)(4), a professional services;
B. Acceptance and approval of a negotiated service agreement with Dr. Norma Jean Farley, MD/ forensic pathologist for the provision of autopsies and related services as drafted and developed by District Attorney's Office confirming compliance with those provisions set forth in Government Code 2254 (1) on basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications to perform the services; and, (2) for a fair and reasonable price (fees permitted by law).
