Discussion, consideration, and approval to amend the Countywide Solid Waste Collection/Recovery Center Station Rules and Guidelines.
BACKGROUND
On July 29, 2014, the Commissioners Court created and approved the Solid Waste Disposal Program for rural and unincorporated residents of Hidalgo County along with its rules.
AI-47518 - 1st Amendment. Purpose: to include money orders as an additional form of payment.
AI-52969 - 2nd Amendment. Purpose: to include checks as another form of payment.
AI-81048 - 3rd Amendment. Purpose: to expand the existing permits (3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and one year). Additional permits: One-time single use permit, one-time single use with double axle trailer permit, double axle trailer permit.
