Requesting approval of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of Elsa and the County of Hidalgo, Texas. The purpose of the agreement is for Hidalgo County Health & Human Services Department to provide inspection and permitting of OSSF disposal systems within the City of Elsa jurisdiction as further described within the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement attached herein.
BACKGROUND
City of Elsa is in need of obtaining services for the inspection and permitting of OSSF disposal systems. Hidalgo County Health & Human Services Department has the expertise and equipment to provide certain permitting and inspection services to the City of Elsa.
