The Texas General Land Office (GLO) requires Hidalgo County to designate a Civil Rights Officer to ensure compliance with nondiscrimination requirements for Civil Rights/Section 504/ Equal Opportunity/ Fair Housing requirements, a Section 3 Coordinator to ensure compliance with Section 3 requirements and a Labor Standards Officer to ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon Labor Standards requirements. These appointments and updated forms supersede those approved January 11, 2022 as new alternate is being appointed.
