A. Consideration and authorization to negotiate with Noble Texas Builders, LLC on the Renovations and Repairs to the Leased Willacy County Detention Facility Project, through cooperative awarded Job Order Contractor including, but not limited to, the following:

Requesting approval of Services Agreement and award the job order contractor, Noble Texas Builders, LLC., through our membership with Buyboard (JOC Contract 581-19) for the Renovations and Repairs to the Leased Willacy County Detention Facility Project, in the amount not to exceed $2,299,538; with authority to issue a Notice to Proceed upon receipt of the required payment and performance bonds.
B.
