BACKGROUND
To certify the revenues ($402,456.86) previously transferred from Jail Commissary bank account tp fund the Hidalgo County Adult Detention Center P25 RADIO SYSTEM UPGRADE -- LEASE -- Year 2. Pursuant to 351.0415(c)(5), the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office is leasing to purchase P25 RADIO SYSTEM UPGRADE -- Year 2 for the Adult Detention Facility, aka, County Jail, through TXDIR CONTRACT # DIR-TSO-4101 contract # C-20-494-11-03 awarded vendor, Motorola Solutions in the amount of $402,456.86.
