BACKGROUND
A draft copy Substantial Budget & Program Amendment for 2018-2022 5 year Consolidated Plan and the FY 2018, 2021 & 2022 Annual Action Plans was made available for public review at the Urban County Program office, Hidalgo County Precinct offices and county website for a five (5) day comment period beginning on August 17, 2023 to September 15. All comments received will be noted in the Substantial Budget and Program
Amendment submitted to HUD. A copy of the Public Notice is attached.
