Discussion and approval of a Memorandum of Understanding between Texas Emergency Management Assistance Teams Program Administrator and Texas Emergency Management Assistance Teams Employee Member Arnold Salazar and Participating Jurisdiction/Employer Hidalgo County Precinct 3, and for the Commissioner's Court to authorize the Precinct 3 Commissioner, as the local jurisdiction employer, to sign the Memorandum of Understanding and any additional related documents.
BACKGROUND
Memorandum of Understanding will allow delineating responsibilities and procedures for TEMAT activities under the authority of the Texas Government Code, Chapter 418, Subchapter E-1, Texas Statewide Mutual Aid System, and the State of Texas Emergency Management Plan.
