3. Authority to negotiate a professional engineering service contract with the No. 1 ranked firm of                                                                                      for the provision of Engineering Service for an Urban County Program Years 34, 35 & 36 (2021, 2022 & 2023) La Villa Flood Drainage Improvements Project.

Project consists of flood drainage improvement construction to include purchase and installation of 18 inch re-enforce concrete pipes with a concrete box and inlet to connect to existing storm sewer system and will also include reconstruction of street to include but not limited to adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity. Other expenses will include professional engineering services, surveying, geo[1]technical and material testing fees, advertisements, and related appurtenances.
