Requesting authorization to amend the FY 2021 Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG) subrecipient agreements with Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley and The Salvation Army

Hidalgo County Urban County Program is requesting authorization to amend the subrecipient agreements with Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley and The Salvation Army.  The amendment will not change the scope of work.  The amendment will decrease the funding amount of $3400.29 from the Catholic Charities and increase the funding amount of $3400.29 for the Salvation Army.  Catholic Charities was unable to expend the full allocation, and the Salvation Army is accepting the additional funding and will expend for expenses incurred within the existing contract dates.  Request for reimbursement will be submitted for expenses incurred between January 1, 2022 and May 30, 2023 to exhaust available funds.
