“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295”, the Urban County Program is requesting approval to purchase fire equipment from Metro Fire for the City of Donna’s Fire Department in the amount of $48,300.00. UCP Fiscal Year 35 (2022) City of Donna Fire Station/Equipment will be utilized.

BACKGROUND

Three written quotes were requested, two were received and one was no bid.  The lowest responsible quote was received from Metro Fire. The equipment will be utilized by Donna Fire Department. Delivery is expected within 60 days of receipt of purchase order. (Price Quotation form & Quotes are attached for your review)
