Requesting approval to purchase paving materials from Frontera Materials Inc., for the City of Alamo 2022 Street Improvements Project (Materials Only) in the amount of $262,438.00.  UCP Fiscal Years 32 & 35 (2019 & 2022) City of Alamo Street Improvements will be utilized “Subject to Compliance with HB 1295”.

BACKGROUND

Sealed bids were requested, received and reviewed.  There was one bid received from Frontera Materials Inc., The materials will be utilized by the City of Alamo for the paving of various streets within the City of Alamo.
