Requesting approval of Amendment to the 2022 HOME Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) Program Agreement between Hidalgo County Urban County Program and Proyecto Azteca, Inc. The proposed amendment will increase the 2022 Agreement by utilizing available FY 2020 and FY 2021 funds in the amount of $300,000.
BACKGROUND
The 2022 agreement granted Proyecto Azteca, Inc., $200,000.00 in HOME funds for the new construction of one (1) to two (2) single family home units. The amendment will increase the 2022 Contract Agreement to $500,000 which will allow for the new construction of four (4) to five (5) additional single family home units.

FY 2020 $200,000.00
FY 2021 $100,000.00
Total $300,000.00
