Requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Play RGV, LLC the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $86,400.00 utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Years 33, 35-36 (2020, 2022-2023) Penitas Parks, Recreational Facility Improvement Funds.
BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on February 28, 2024 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Play RGV, LLC. Project consists of park improvements. Attached is letter of recommendation by the project engineer M2 Engineering, PLLC and contractor’s general liability insurance.
