A. Requesting exemption from competitive bidding requirements pursuant to Texas Local Government Code 262.024(a)(7)(A) Items for which competition is precluded because of the existence of patents, copyrights, secret processes, or monopolies; (C) Electric power, gas, water, and other utility services; (D) Captive replacement parts or component for equipment; 
B. Acceptance and approval of the "Sole Source Declaration" for Spectrum, a subsidiary of Charter Communications Operating, LLC., for any and all patented products to be utilized by IT Department with said declaration to remain in effect while the declaration is in place or until revoked by HCCC; 
C. Requesting authority to enter into a 12 month service and installation agreement for PRI (Primary Rate Interface) System with Spectrum, a subsidiary of Charter Communications Operating, LLC, in the total amount of $2,868.00 monthly and an additional fee of $500.00 (removal and installation).
