Requesting approval to award the Nolana Loop Project (FM1426-FM907) located in Precinct 2 to the qualified lowest responsive bidder (while meeting all specifications and requirements) to Texas Cordia Construction, LLC, recommended by the project engineer, L&G Engineering in the total amount of $18,134,488.00; with the authority to issue a Notice to Proceed upon receipt of the required payment and performance bonds. Subject to final TXDOT approval.
