Discussion, consideration and action by the County of Hidalgo to identify internet service provider partner(s) who build, manage and operate an optimal communications network for the purposes of providing internet connectivity and access for residents of areas of the County who are in need of reliable high-speed internet, by applying for available implementation funding, including but not limited to Federal and State funding opportunities.
