BACKGROUND
The Memorandum of Understanding between La Joya ISD and Hidalgo County Constable Precinct 3 was approved through agenda item #91849 CC 8/22/2023. Due to changes in staffing and its adjacent personnel procedures having taken place, the expenditures have exceeded the awarded amount. Once approved, all exceeding expenditures will be reclassified to Constable Precinct 3's general fund account.
