Requesting approval of the Affiliation Agreement between The County of Hidalgo and The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley to add the Health & Human Services Public Health Laboratory as a clinical rotation site.
BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Health and Human Services Department will provide clinical rotations at the Public Health Laboratory, specifically in Microbiology, and for the UTRGV students to visit during their elective week. This partnership would provide invaluable experience for the UTRGV students and potentially help grow future employees for our team.
