BACKGROUND
This Resolution and associated GLO form are required by the Texas General Land Office for the funding authorized for Hidalgo County under GLO Contract No. 23-152-008-E180. The Resolution designate certain authorized bonded signatories for the 2018 South Texas Floods Infrastructure Competition grant under the aforementioned GLO contract number.
