The Texas General Land Office (GLO) requires Hidalgo County to designate a Civil Rights Officer to ensure compliance with nondiscrimination requirements for Civil Rights/Section 504/Equal Opportunity/Fair Housing requirements, a Section # Coordinator to ensure compliance with Section 3 requirements and a Labor Standards Officer to ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon Labor Standards requirements.
