“Subject to Compliance with HB 1295”, the Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Longhorn Services, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $130,276.10 utilizing UCP funds from Fiscal Years 36-37 (2023-2024) Penitas Street Improvement Funds.
BACKGROUND
The bid opening was held on February 5, 2025 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements was Longhorn Services, Inc. Project consists of street improvements (paving). Attached is letter of recommendation by the project engineer M2 Engineering, PLLC and contractor’s general liability insurance.
