BACKGROUND
A Draft Summary of Hidalgo County Urban County Program’s Citizen Participation Plan and FY 2025 Annual Action Plan was made available for public review at the Urban County Program office, all city and precinct offices and county website for a thirty (30) day comment period beginning on February 26, 2025 and ending on March 31, 2025. All comments received will be noted in the final Plans submitted to HUD.
