BACKGROUND
To certify and appropriate revenues ($402,456.86) previously transferred from Jail Commissary bank account to fund the Hidalgo County Adult Detention Center P25 RADIO SYSTEM UPGRADE -- LEASE -- Year 2025. Pursuant to 351.0415(c)(5), the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office is leasing to purchase P25 RADIO SYSTEM UPGRADE -- Year 2025 for the Adult Detention Facility, aka, County Jail, through TXDIR CONTRACT # DIR-TSO-4101 contract #C-23-0408-11-28 awarded vendor, Motorola Solutions in the amount of $402,456.86.
