Requesting declaration of public purpose pursuant to the Texas Constitution Art. 3, Sec 52 for the purpose of outreach items in support of the Medicaid Administrative Claiming program, as per attached in Exhibit A.
BACKGROUND
Said items will serve a public purpose through educational, instructional and outreach programs. Items are introduced to the community to assist in interaction with participants and to assist in bringing awareness and to promote activities that reduce the risk of poor health outcomes for the state's most vulnerable population, as a means to comply with the MAC program requirements
