Villarreal Colonia Lift Station Project), funded through Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) Grant RFP No. CFC24-0082.

This project funds archeological surveying services required by the Texas Historical Commission (THC) to complete the Environmental Review Record in compliance with 24 CFR Part 58 for the D.T. Villarreal Colonia Lift Station Project in Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4. The survey is necessary to allow the project to proceed in accordance with grant requirements.
